David began his public accounting career with Price Waterhouse & Co. in 1977, and obtained his license as a certified public accountant in 1980. He graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics and obtained an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the California Society of CPAs.
After leaving Price Waterhouse & Co., David served as assistant controller at Wells Fargo Leasing Corporation and then as Manager of Financial Analysis in the Supervision and Regulation Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
David established his public accounting practice in the heart of San Francisco's financial district in October 1992. In January 2016, he moved his office to San Mateo. His guiding philosophy for the practice is to provide complete business and tax advice in a manner which is tailored to each client's particular needs.
